On September 25, Antyodaya Diwas was celebrated throughout the country on the occasion of the anniversary of the birth of Pandit Dindayal Upadhyaya, an eminent philosopher, historian, and politician. Facts About Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya (1916-68)

A prominent politician and ideological philosopher, he was a renowned coordinator and leader of Jana Sanga, who is considered the predecessor of the BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party), he criticized both communism, capitalism, and communism, he defends his own brand of integrity humanism that combines ethics into politics and a human-centered economic approach. He strongly advocated swadeshi and petty industrialization.

He championed nationalist ideals and believed that blindly following Western ideologies would be the wrong path for India. He founded the Rashtra Dharma Prakashan publishing house in Lucknow and launched the monthly Rashtra Dharma magazine to uphold the sacred principles he championed. He then launched the Panjanya weekly and the daily Swadesh. He wrote the TV series Chandragupta Maurya in Hindi and later wrote a biography of Shankaracharya.

History of Deen Dayal Antyodaya Yojana or DAY

Purpose of Deen Dayal Antyodaya Yojana

SVEP focuses on providing self-employment opportunities with financial support and training in business management and social skills, as well as building local community employees to promote the business.
